I've seen alot of these bad cop videos recently and this one strikes me as just stupidity. I can understand thinking she saw the man swung the golf club. He clearly didn't but sometimes our minds play tricks on us. But the real problem occurs when (from my understanding of the video) they continue to arrest him even though they couldn't find any video of him swinging the club on her dash cam. I mean I get making the mistake but continuing to go through with the rest is just pure dumbassary. Or could be actually a crooked move. I don't know, she just seems less like a dirty cop and more like an idiot to me.
You could be sitting at a park listening to music with headphones when you obviously can't hear anything else and cops will shoot you to death for "resisting arrest" or "non compliance" as a matter if fact cops tackled down a girl who was jogging and she was wearing headphones and didn't hear the cops telling her to stop so they tackled her down and arrested her but I'm sure the cop just wanted to "cop a feel"

If that cop came over to touch me and I was that man that golf club would be going in her temple. You have the legal right to defend yourself when you are being illegally detained. I don’t have time to sit there for two months, waiting to be let out because I was screwed over. I’m gonna defend myself with all I can do if there’s even means killing the cop
Unfortunately she is most likely working at another precinct in another district. No mentioned she did not loose her license to be a police officer again. She most likely was working again within 48 hours after she got fired
