  1. Use code civil at https://incogni.com/civil to get an exclusive 60% off an annual Incogni plan.
DETAILS: Yet again, police officers pulled over an innocent driver, subjecting the individual to the so-called "felony stop" or "high risk stop," which is the process wherein they treat an innocent American citizen as if they were a terrorist serial killer, forcing the person to get out of their car, walk backwards, and so on, all occurring at the barrel of a loaded gun. This time the victim was a teenage girl in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The taxpayers shouldered the burden of the $250,000 settlement for the obvious police misconduct that occurred. However the police department has "no comment" for the community that employs them. And the city itself doesn't even bother to say "no comment."
Here is a blog post with additional information about these incidents, which routinely occur across the nation: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2023/05/02/cops-point-guns-over-their-dumb-mistakes-its-policy/
Prior Video where I discuss the constitutional violations that occur during these incidents: https://youtu.be/1foAQXh9TUQ?si=tCOs_9A9Uny8kU0y

  2. Made a Submission throu Facebook jojo….the police unlawfully arrested me the officer lied tried threatening my wife and coaching her..I got it all on surveillance then when it didint work he perjured himself on the report..disabled veteran no record..pls review

  3. I'm curious – did they continue the search even AFTER they realized they had no RAS, let alone probable cause. Why continue the stop, unless It was just a protectual stop so they could get to start the search to see if there was anything they could get a quick drug charge on. Except the pretext was false.

With the voters at North Myrtle Beach need to do is contact their representatives on the city council, and maybe even in the state government. What conduct disciplinary action was initiated by the supervisors of these two officers? How about the boss of the immediate supervisors, how did he handle the immediate supervise supervision, or failure thereof.

Finally, working your way from the opposite direction, what has the chief of police done to hold upper level officials in the department responsible for the action, or lack of action, by the supervisors of these two cop? Until we hold them accountable, we have met the enemy, and he is us.

  4. Technology is not dangerous it is the people using the technology that are dangerous technology doesn't pull a loaded weapon on somebody and point it at their head people do that police officers don't investigate anymore what they do is they initiate and then deal with the consequences later period and we all know why qualified immunity oh yeah don't forget officer safety

  5. Im from Myrtle Beach area and the cops all in this coastal area from the NC/SC state line down to Georgetown County are all SO aggressive and out of control. After living elsewhere and then coming back home its wild to see the contrast and how aggressive they are here.

  6. Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
This clearly shows they are not trained to start at 1 and go to 100 when required. They are only trained to start at 100, regardless of the situation. The female copper knew it was the wrong car, but she was in process and is almost robotic in her actions, this is akin to mental muscle memory once it starts she does not have the mental agility to rethink and stop.
Until the training changes this, worse , will continue

  7. When you call Police "law enforcement" you set the foundations(for behavior) that lead to incidents like this. IMHO Law enforcement is what happens in courts. Until the court determines the facts a person is innocent and should be treated ( within reason) as such. IMHO policing should be a very different activity, requiring a very different mind set, to enforcement. Too many police forces around the world have a culture that suggests they want to be "Judge Dread"
