  1. This is the problem I see with settlements. Cities don't want the headlines and negative publicity. I'd be surprised if even the cops involved knew there was a payout. Cops won't learn if cities just pay quietly. I'd say see you in court and I'd make sure all the local media covers the story. That way even the post office folks know they caused this mess.

"The town said in a statement that the agreement wasn't as admission of liability or wrongdoing, and the police department stood by its staff and officers."

  2. What I would like to know is what happened to his lawsuit when he was, no updates in a year and a half, so I'm assuming he lost and just doesn't want to tell people about it. Otherwise if it's still ongoing, Manny comments are asking for updates

  3. The Chief of Police Minor lied when he stated the officer's were following Poster 7, which states public photography is allowed for news purposes. Yet the officers continued to try to formally trespass the auditor but were ignorant abiut the proper paperwork process. Gutterman explained in depth the law to which the officers and USPS staff were illiterate about the USPS regulations even after the officer's read them. Nor were they aware of the fact that only USPS security had the authority to ask him to leave unless the city had signed an MOU with the city law enforcement to provide security for that particular building.

  4. Clowns in uniform ignirant of the law. These cops should be fined each time they violate the rights of the public. Take it from there pay. No accountability or consequences to these officers this they will continue to violate the righys of public.

  5. Seargent fat is in contact with a member of the public and she sees fit to put lip balm on. She needs to lose 50 pounds, get educated on the constitution or find a different job. Cops don't care about laws or facts – they're thugs, criminals, cowards and DOMESTIC TERRORISTS EARNING THE HATE WITH EVERY ENCOUNTER. We don’t need to defund the police, we need to REFORM the police and the first two steps would be to abolish QUALIFIED IMMUNITY and INTERNAL AFFAIRS. Make bad cops responsible and accountable for violating their oath and fire them making sure they cant become cops anywhere else.

  6. Look at the 3 dunces , tyrants ,,ha ,,the auditers should have made it more cause .. then all states and all medias see this on tv news and newspapers then they will think before lying and making false allegations on 911 calls ,,,,,they are not listening or learning nothing

  7. While communities continue to hire 6th failures the community will continue to be sued for their own stupidity until qualified immunity is removed from these dropouts. Just my opinion

  8. Most people have an issue with being recorded and even tho you didnt do anything wrong still you are the one that definitely created the issue and because somebody pointed it out doesnt mean they are the problem 😂 that is some straight delusional shit 😂😂😂

  9. Basically he doesn't care about his employers rules , is that what he said , thats a sackable offence here in the UK, in fact I've heard of numerous cases were its happened

  10. I love how cops always blindly believe the random person that calls them because they are butthurt but refuse to even entertain that they may have bad information when someone who very obviously knows what he is talking about tries to inform them that what they are doing is illegal. And they absolutely refuse to ask someone they trust like the city attorney or a higher ranking officer and admit they don't know like they will drop bead instantly if they say I don't know. Instead they will sit there and argue about it for 30 minutes instead of taking 3 minutes to Google it. I can't fathom being that bad at critical thinking and actually being able to function as an adult in this country.

  11. Jason knows better than those silly officers and postal workers. I find it astounding that postal workers do not their own rules. I’m in the UK and I know the USPS rules. 😂

  12. When you don't know something, you are just ignorant. When you have the opportunity to learn what you don't know and refuse to educate yourself, that's when you become just plain stupid.
