Fun fact: if an officer made a mistake telling Chilie where he could go, a 2nd officer or group of officers can correct and clarify where he can and can't be. He works then need to move to the directed area to be outside the crime scene. If he doesn't comply, he is guilty of obstruction and possibly resisting.
