  1. The man they attacked has history with them. The lead officer on scene for this call was forced to retire… from this very department… in 2020, after assaulting this man. The department hired him back six months later, and now they’re retaliating against him in 2024.

  2. What was the crime? I've cranked my truck to let it warm, accidentally locked the keys in it running, and had to get someone to take me about 5 miles away to my dad's to get the extra key!

What nosey Karen called this in?

  3. It's becoming very obvious to anyone with eyes that cops have become domestic terrorists. Lawsuits only result in hurting the taxpayers themselves and not the cops. It's going to take other measures for this behavior to end.

  4. So the home owner gets all pissy and 'GTHO', and all tough. Then when cops go hands on, he starts crying "Help me!!"
A warrant is not always needed for arrest if exigent circumstances exist. A hostile homeowner is an exigent circumstance. A homeowner is unknown to police. A person is requird to comply with police commands. Sort it out at station or in courtroom if they want to take it this far.

  5. It's my right to have an opinion…cops don't worry about getting popped on duty, but we see it a lot lately. It's not for no reason.. It's because of actions like this… revenge doesn't mean they go after this cop.. they'll go after any cop they come across..and since the rules change firm cop to cop..regardless of policy.. the LA w in not in play.. karma is.

  6. If police go hands-on without informing you of any reason as to why they're doing it. It's assault, plain and simple. You can legally defend yourself against tyranny self-defense….😢😢

  7. There is no justification for any of this. Common sense should have suggested they interview the caller for pertinent details about the property and its occupants. Common sense should have suggested information on the vehicle plates. Common Sense isn’t taught in police academies.

  8. This all started because dude asked them to leave. Cop too offense to that and said "nah I am the boss". It's people that can't let things go that shouldn't be police.

  9. Public Trustees operating outside of Good Faith, scope and jurisdiction, depriving Rights under color of law, in dishonor of Oath and surrendered Qualified Immunity. Public Trustees criminalizing the People for exercising Rights, in retaliation for exercising Rights and converting Rights into privilege. Public Trustees committing acts of terrorism by using intimation, coercion, threat, violence and force.

  10. And in Arizona a man had to wait 6hrs for police to show up and arrest a child predator. These cops had nothing better to do than arrest innocent individuals? Wow.

  11. Not only do they not have a warrant, they don't have any probable cause. Even if they tied to call it a welfare check it was over when she said that's how she left it and she knew. There is absolutely no crime committed.

  12. Does the governments requirements for a Warrant even matter anymore? Like these tyrants do whatever they want. No one is ever held accountable. And the Taxpayers in these communities suffer. These constant situations compound over time. Why don't the taxpayers have more protection from these departments and individuals?
