I was jailed for the same reason. Told the police they made a mistake. Then i found out the charges were for someone with the same name from when i was 4 years old. Then charges were dropped and i was let go finally

This is how the system works. You're an innocent citizen with no criminal record and you get locked up. You're in illegal that commits crimes you don't get arrested and if you do you're out the same day. Disgusting, everyone involved needs to be held accountable.
