I love how this cop says it’s lucky he didn’t have enough evidence to prove DUI, and then goes on to recite how he has all the evidence he needs to pursue DUI charges. The icing on the cake is that Florida arrests people for DUI when walking down the street intoxicated just because they happen to have their car keys on them.
