A burnt out light is a warning on the vehicle. The owner has a certain amount of time to fix and prove to the cops so that the next time you get pulled over for a burnt out light its not a ticket. You shouldnt even need to prove who you are because its not as driving infraction to drive with a burnt out light. It will be if you do not get it fixed or do just not prove that you did and you get pulled over again. Same if diffent light out new warning or could be ticket cause cops didnt write down what light was out and you cant prove otherwise.

So, the stop began at 14:28, and the K9 unit arrived at 15:11. That's 33 minutes of waiting. The COP actually did his job from 14:28 to 14:35, and again from 15:18 to 15:20. Thats a total of less than 10 minutes of doing his job, and 24 minutes of standing around, waiting for the dog.
