  1. Precipitating cause of the "violent fall to the ground"? If it has been an ordinary citizen using his or her vehicle to apprehend a fleeing suspect, would there be no sufficient basis to file any criminal charges against the driver?

  2. Why were the cops using DEADLY FORCE to catch fleeing suspects? USING HIS VEHICLE? His vehicle is a deadly force, and that second officer that hit that 17 year old should also be charged for abuse of force. RUNNING OVER A SUSPECT WITH YOUR VEHICLE TO STOP HIM FROM FLEEING ON FOOT IS CRIMINAL. Did the criminal cop kill the 17 y.o. like the criminal Brian Keely did? Or did he just main him? Maybe break a leg or head fracture? The prosecutor said the victim was throw "violently" to the ground because his tire ran over the victims shoe/calf. SOUNDS LIKE A CRIMINAL ACT TO ME. the DOJ should investigate that Prosecuting Attorney's office for malfeasance while under color of law.

  3. America's police are being given way too free a hand at deciding what is acceptable or not!

    Britain's police are no different.

    An example from Britain:
With respect to the scooter criminals in London, police could give chase but could rarely catch them because they were riding scooters.

Then videos came from Brazil showing Brazilian police officers knocking the scooters down, from behind, with their patrol cars, and few riders were said to be injured. So it was decided that British coppers could knock down London scooter criminals using the same technique. It is effective!

Now, just a few months later, the coppers are hitting them head on. Openly putting the rider's lives at stake.

If you give them an inch, they'll take a mile . . . and not give a damn about the trail of bodies behind them.

I've seen videos on YouTube of this happening in the US, but the perpetrator fired a gun at the police first.

Now the psychos in blue are looking for an excuse to do it. The coppers in the US are changing, becoming more openly psychotic and hyper aggressive; but there'll only be a backlash when the creamed criminal is black, because the main stream media hasn't changed one iota.

  4. Don't run from the police.
    Murder charge is wrong.
Actually, in both incidences, the cops were just trying to block the individual from getting past them. And they both got up unfortunate result. But don't run from the cops and that won't happen!

  5. When he gets a life sentence without possibility of parole, I'll be impressed. But we know the chances of a judge handing down a harsh sentence to a Blue Gestapo agent.
