Why is it that no attorney will take a case like this? I’ve noticed this happens a lot of times. Is this something they would say “ the police did the right thing “ can a case like this not be won?
This is why if you ever record the police make sure you have everything in order.. no drinking , no J walk , no littering and no cracked windshield.
I will still take it to court for violating the 4th amendment and fight it on my own
