Only question I have may sound foolish but first I'd say that I don't answer their non pertinent questions, in fact I generally ask "can my answers be legally used against me" as that sets the stage.
My question is, technically, when is the 5th Amendment meant to be invoked, before or after arrest or detainment? Is it non-applicable from a legal standpoint during a "consensual conversation"? Or, though many invoked it at every instance, is it solely meant for interrogator questioning in the many forms that may manifest.

Outstanding portrayal of a corrupt officer! I used these exact tactic s against LA Sheriff deputy's during a DUI stop. The officer was trying desperately to get me to do as he asked me to do! I reminded him of my rights and he had to withdraw from his false assertions?

1 down from the list you gave me. I will get to all of them as I have time. I can clearly see the effort and the time you put on to produce, script and film this short. I thank it was very well done and the basic confrontational possibilities were well covered. The videos and content you cover, I honestly was not at all expecting you to do a video such as this, therefore I am extremely impressed and want to say good job. You should do more of these as you can, covering say home and property interactions. I think a racial interaction one with black people and black youth would be a much needed one as well, one with realistic ethnic dialog between law enforcement as well so people are more aware of how different their engagements truley are, perhaps shirt clip prior of a white interaction tio a black one, city and state driven, because it is so different depending on where you live. I know this is alot to ask and the time it take as well, but as you can and if you can. These would make great teaching tools others could see and use for training, public awareness and so on. Last this video should be placed in the top five of you home page. This truley shows and stands for your entire efforts for what it is you are doing. Again very well done and I commend you for filming this.
