This is my daily journalistic update and refutation of the blatantly dishonest respondent’s brief filed against me by the corrupt Clark County prosecutors Stephen B. Wilson and Alexander Chen.
I systematically dismantle their lies and misrepresentations about my lawful activities as a constitutional law scholar and member of the press filming the police conducting a traffic stop. Their brief is filled with verifiably false claims about me getting too close, being aggressive, refusing commands, and obstructing the officer – when I was simply exercising my well-established First Amendment rights.
This video lays bare the egregious judicial bias and misconduct I faced from the outset, including an unethical, truth-twisting judge who allowed a prejudiced kangaroo court simply because I practice my role as a police accountability auditor. Her testimony trying to claim I wanted to instigate an arrest for my YouTube channel is delusional and defamatory.
I am vindicated by the Nevada Supreme Court ruling that clearly defines obstruction as a physical act with willful intent to hinder – which I indisputably did not do. The state’s and judge’s overreach is a disturbing embodiment of the tyrannical American police state I risk my safety to expose through my constitutional activism.
I will not be silenced or stopped from this crucial work, and Clark County will be held accountable for violating my rights and the public’s right to transparency. This video serves as the receipts for when I inevitably win my appeal and lawsuit against this despotic regime of judicial radicalism.

How is it that the bailiff and judge coldly and intentionally conspired to trigger Chilli to the point he lost control of his ability to behave like a civilized member of society. But at the same time, she had allowed her emotions to run amok from beginning to end of the trial, but regained her composure to observe Chilli wanted confrontation with cops so he could use the videos for his YouTube channel.
And because he had been driven so emotionally out of control by her calculated plan, he could only stare at her, shake his head up and down and admit he agreed with her observations.
Then her emotions took over again and she sentenced him to half of the maximum sentence because she had no control.
That's some serious mood swinging between the two of them. It might not be their fault though, their cycles may have started to sync and it made the situation volatile. If either of them were craving chocolate, Chilli might want to consider another appeal reason.

All you have to do is look at the comments and quickly realize that this Country is done. Bootlickers, cops, tyrants, that have no sense of freedom or logic. And these same people will stalk you and will not identify. Sounds like a secret government to me

Time, place and manner doesn't help you Chilli – at least the place doesn't really help you as the place you were standing was TOO CLOSE. You don't get to dictate how close you can be – you were told to move back but you decided to take it on yourself to decide just how much you were willing to move back.
As for the resisting – you convicted yourself in court with your testimony when you clearly stated you automatically responded because of your martial arts training you bellend.
Why can't you grasp that at no point were you told to stop filming so why are you claiming your First Amendment rights violated you can still record at distances of over 10 feet.

The Washington State Court defines "News Media" as being a fictitious entity. They deny the status to an individual reporting under his personal name. Once he pays the filing fee for an LLC, he will enjoy full 'News Media' status.
