Why did you let yourself go through an administrative process you should have said in this court of record Court of record that statement alone turn the court into a Judicial Court of record a Judicial Court Judicial Court a constitutional Court of record and it binds them to follow a law you went through an administrative process they make the law in that process your guaranteed to lose😮

The reason they dont inform you is because people flee or destroy evidence. For lessor crimes it makes sense.
Do the court clerk sends a notification of court date thru the certified mail? If yes, then not showing up may be a arrestable violation. But if they did not send the court data notice and they did not send the warrant notice, it’s concerning.

All Arrests without a warrant is an ILLEGAL ARREST the Constitution states that there (MUST BE AN ARREST WARRANT) to make an arrest

I like the 48 hours idea. Highly doubt you'll get this crooked corrupt government to implement it though. The Bill of Rights was written to protect you from the government. Most of what was written after that enslaves you to corrupt corporate America. Cops and courts hate it. Most cops know little if anything about the bill of rights. Yet they swear an oath to uphold the bill of rights. Being in violation of their oath is grounds for termination.
