  1. People need to stop thinking that the problem is certain cops are bad and if we could deal with the bad ones things would be better. That is NOT true. The very nature of policing and police training itself by design is to look for ways to step around our rights and capitalize on people not knowing their rights from the first moment of every single encounter. This is why asserting your rights is met with hostility, because your rights are in complete opposition to the way they've been trained to do policing.

  2. I remember this encounter. Typical these days for how the police repond. It's ironic we were suppose to get police reform in 2021 and in 2022 more people died by police than any other year. I know they have a really hard job but in cases like this it is really not that hard to do the right thing by the people but here we are living under police rule like the brown shirts. Granted it's not that bad yet but it's going to be.

  3. It's just the u.s. trying to censor us using cops to do it because clearly cop supposed to investigate and do other stuff but I no longer do anything anymore except start s*** why only call 911 for fire or EMS because the police department's a joke

These cops of the stupidest cops on Earth they don't know the law that don't know the Constitution they should be fired and then put in jail for assaulting this man in front of his family this is ridiculous this why we never going to support the police again this is why we need new police offices that know the Constitution if you don't know the Constitution you should not be a police officer you should be home cleaning your toilet with your wife

  5. Hello,,,, whatever happened to, 'I'm sorry ma'am, but this is a civil issue. You're going to need to take him to court.' That's what they use to do right?

    Don't call the cops on your neighbor for cutting or trimming trees, call an attorney instead if you think he cut your trees down.
