This is tyranny perfectly demonstrated. Not a lawful stop (he was obeying the law), a fourth amendment violation (no traffic infraction or violation to take his ID), racist motivation for depriving him of his rights (he didn’t the way he looked because of his race), and trying to create evidence to make an arrest. I don’t know whether the guys a good guy or bad guy, but the cop proved himself to be a bad guy.
You need to get used to it, people are sick of cops violating people's rights, so we are going to invoke our rights every time you speak to us.
