I worked in state psychiatric hospitals without any guns or tasers and dealt with much worse than this. Unbelievable, how pathetic these public servants acted worse and on their duty than the patient did under mental duress.

They were waiting. Why were they tasing him? How about wait around for a few hours and see if he doesn't normalize. These officers knew they werent going to take money out of his wallet so they took all he had. After the officers reached towards a weapon, the victim was free to defend themselves in my eyes. If an officer has a hand near their waist it may be time for citizen saftey.
