His caretakers told the police that this so called female victim lied. She assaulted him, an Autistic and disabled man. From his physical condition, it is obvious he could not run and make it back to any car. Dumb cops don't know and don't care. Their answer when dealing with unarmed people as well as people who are Autistic/or having mental episodes, etc. is to pull out their guns. I think 50 million is about right to sue for! I worked in the Chesterfield area. The police there are arrogant and intolerant of anyone they den to be unfit for that area. The residents aren't much different either.
