It's astonishing to me, how well versed the cops are on any bills that are passed that impede the publics ability to hold them accountable, yet are dumbfounded when confronted with any amendment/law granting citizens any amount of freedom from their directives.

The difference between them and us is they know they're at war against us but the majority of people haven't figured that out yet.. By now though it seems ridiculous that everyone hasn't figured it out yet.. Maybe we should start acting accordingly….
That law is unconstitutional and ridiculous and any cop enforcing it is a clown.
I am tired of the government telling me what I can and cannot do. As humanity progresses we should have less rules and laws holding us down. We gave the government power to take care of certain things, not to become our overlords. We the people fund the government, without us they cannot exist

What the hell do these officers do at public events? Do they demand everyone to step away 25 feet? Ridiculous and childish.. What if they pull someone over in front of outdoor restaurant seating? Do they demand they stop eating and move 25 feet away? Unconstitutional to tell a civilian where they can and cannot stand or sit just because they are performing a traffic stop.. The removal of transparency and protecting law enforcement over.the public is disgusting…

I want to point out that aggressively prosecuting something so frivolous makes everyone involved look like a bunch of children who do not deserve to be in the position of power that they are. The state gains nothing from prosecuting someone in this manner.

Listening to him argue in court was satisfying for sure.
Hendry gave very skilled and seasoned arguments. The only argument that he failed to make is that the cop was sitting in a car that had polarized and tinted windows thus significantly mitigating the force of the flashlight beam.
Is the investigation at the rear bumper of the cop car?
What did they think would happen if this law passed? They must not have common sense if they didn't think crooked cops would abuse this.

The guy Henry is bad ass for representing himself so well! He sounds like a veteran attorney! Sucks he let the audio get out, undermining all the work he put in and his case.
I think some people might see this and think “hey why are those guys bothering the police and why are they being so harsh towards them”. If you knew the full context of what cops have done to Hendry over the years it would make complete and total sense to you. Hendry has been targeted and routinely harassed by police for so long I don’t see how he even goes through the day to day motions without losing his dang mind. Anyway long story long, anytime you see him talking “sternly” to a cop you can bet that they earned it.

The state cannot make an assertion that an average citizen can determine 25ft accurately without measuring device, which would inturn not be admissible for citizen to utilize as for if would certainly violate the "25ft" rule to garner…
