I really hope garret gets through this trail. I lived in Escanaba, Mi as a teenager and they are really conservative democrats that only look out for their own people. I had really felt singled out socially as a teenager in Escanaba MI. In upper pennisula those people are really conservative and racist. I think the jury and the judge will single them out for the felony charges. It's really bad for someone who is not local from that upper pennisula area. They are not tolerating people from other cultures and people that are simply different from them. I really feel bad if the trail is in escanaba mi because the jury and judge will favor the trooper without a doubt because from their perspective when the trooper asked for ID he should have given it to the Trooper. He will be roasted I WILL PRAY for him. But from experience the way those guys are in the ESCANABA and they will think and believe GARRET will be guility from the jury perspective even though he is innocent. I'm not exactly sure if this was a state or the whole country if it was federal or a local judge but it said that officers cannot use the claim of smelling marijuana to give them the right to search your car. You'll have to check further chili I'm not good with all that research with courts but being able to claim they smell Mary Jane does not give them the authority to search you or your car anymore. For that I am grateful because they would say it to a 90-year-old woman just to violate her rights.
We need the police database investigated because cops keep making false arrest saying things showed up when they ran it so they need to stop using these unreliable databases
