  1. News flash nimrod ,, we ,as man are inherently sovereign, on the other hand a citizen or person is an owned term under the US corporation .give notice ucc 1-308.

  2. I did loss prevention for over 10 years and it doesn’t matter what’s in the persons pocket. You will be able to feel it if you know how to do your job correctly. stop it with the overbearing controlling tactics. We are over it as citizens! We are tired of you. We are fighting back and has anyone notice lately that no kids ever say they wanna grow up to be police officers anymore, how ironic is that?💩🤡’s

  3. Criminal officer committing criminal actions on video! The officer was proven a lier. After all this, was the officer fired after he was proven to have lied to create a false charge to assault this citizen using the trust we give him to preform his job honestly?

  4. LAW SUIT-Now, when they say that shit on video you have to respond right away witth 'you are lying' or something like that, in court that video becomes discovery, he's setting you up by saying, "don't fall over", this is a lying technique they use.

  5. So officer, you expect this driver to extend to you what you're calling a common courtesy to let you know if you're going to get stuck with a knife or something when you search the man… But you obviously don't feel any common courtesy as a peace officer to not create false evidence by intentionally reciting testimony intended to be heard on your bodycam while being intentionally not able to be seen on the camera. The intentionally misleading statements you've made like "OBVIOUSLY, I smell the overwhelming odor of alcohol" when that's not obvious at all and you're attempting to make that be the only "truth" the jury hears. Much like your assertion that the guy was "falling over there" just because you said so, with no proof on the video that the driver had any kind of problem with balance. One would think that a sworn peace officer would not try to use such dirty tactics to mislead a judge and jury as to the nature of the stop. The baseless standard claim that he uses every time claiming the drivers eyes are bloodshot and glassy in order to mislead the jury using these disingenuous tactics to secure a conviction at all costs. Should the judge also take into account the several times that the officer misspoke and stumbled over his words ? Certainly they should be considered more of a telling indication about the officer who is in charge, knows he's going home tonight, has no fear of negative repercussions, and reciting a predetermined speech he has recited countless times should be able to recite his part without any difficulties, but regardless of how often he stumbles, it doesn't count against the officer and he believes it's a common courtesy that every peasant must extend to police officers to answer his questions but feels no duty whatsoever to treat the driver fairly or avoid any unfair or misleading activities as a sworn peace officer. No need to treat a citizen fairly, but the lowly peasants apparently owe him several kinds of "common courtesy ". Makes perfect sense.

  6. Refusing to answer any questions is part of your rights and that is not an admission of guilt and there is no reason for handcuffing him or searching him which are more rights that are being violated

  7. I'm seeing a message on the bottom of this short stating this is part of a "sovereign citizen movement" didn't think that exercising your constitutional rights was "anti government" as this "misinformation warning" states.

  8. I think its common courtesy not to lie and say your smell an overwhelming aroma or alcohol when the driver hasn't been drinking and is 100% sober. Cops man. They wanna lie and charge you for non existant crimes and then expect you to treat them like they're in the right.
