What I find concerning 5:27 is the fact that there are citizens in the building behind their suspect… Four people shooting and no consideration of collateral damage! (which should always be a concern) The cop shooting the man in the street hit his target, but the bullet can and often does continue on and poses danger to the public!
If they were held accountable for it, we would have less of it!
