  1. Terry versus Ohio does not mean suspicion equals detainment you need a lawful example of reasonable suspicion you can articulate to a judge that an actual crime is in progress or has taken place or is going to take place.

  2. The courts are more fucked up than the cops. Cops are just cretin animals and they will abuse any authority given to them – I blame the courts for giving it to them then finding ways to let them get away with it.
