  1. So you are pulled over accused not listened to if you say I’m not the owner. Then detained assaulted. If you get upset you get charged . It stinks – for what nothing except a victim of abusive egotistical police… out there destroying good peoples lives. But I was just doing my job…. The public is sick and tired of this approach by police.

  2. Ladies and gentlemen, did you know that you don’t need a drivers license to travel. Yes that’s correct. You do not need a drivers license to travel. United States Supreme Court rule no drivers license required in United States. Now you do need a license if you own a business because licensing is recovers commerce is commercial. Does anybody have a commercial drivers license, I don’t think so. Knowledge is power. If you do have a drivers license, you unwillingly unknowingly gave up your right which you didn’t know about for a privilege.

  3. How is that legal though? How is that not an invasion of privacy? If you’re not breaking any laws isn’t doing a random search like that downright unconstitutional? Don’t we have a right to travel freely and unmollested without any unreasonable searches? Doesn’t that apply for papers when you have no reason to do so? That isn’t an illegal unconstitutional intrusion?

  4. The only thing I can speak on this from is personal experience.
Firstly pull into private private property.
    Secondly, remain silent.
Depending on the state you live the license plate reader is inadmissible and is a direct violation of your fourth amendment rights.
That doesn't mean the cop is not ignorant of this.
They know very good and well.
This is why you will go to court and you will be let off as if it never happened.
Unless you pull over and they tow/arrest for whatever they want to come up with.
Honestly it's much easier not riding dirty. I'm just not paying them out of principle.

  5. United States has a car culture. Every other country relies on public transportation or even being on foot. Cities outside the United States accommodate that mode of transportation, and it's better for the public.

  6. Remember I was driving my brother's van. I was pulled over because his driver's license was suspended. And that cop was asking me why I was driving his vehicle. His license is suspended and I needed a vehicle.

  7. I used to work for autozone, and the police would run plates in our parking lot. People that were trying to figure out why their check engine light was on so they could get it inspected and tagged would end up in a lot of trouble, just for trying to get their car running properly.

  8. This should be unconstitutional, as this just isn't right. We are free Americans able to freely move about our public highways, streets and wherever the hell we want to go. This is infringing apon my rights as a free American citizen. That should be against the 4th amendment

  9. A friend told me of a DNR warden that watched a small community lake of 160 plus acres and was shaking down everyone that visited the lake to fish he would work the shoreline because he did not have a boat to use. So this citizen knew of this, maybe he'd been busted by the warden I don't know but when he knew he was being watched he would take every under legal limit bass he caught( they were very plentiful) and hold it up so the warden could see and slip it into a gunny sack that was hanging over the side of the boat. He did this to many many bass. So when it was time to leave and when the citizen got up to the boat landing the warden waded into the water and pulled the gunnysack up only to find out the bottom was completely cut out. Not a under sized bass to be found. All the warden came away with were wet socks and shoes. Yes the citizen did have a fishing license. Just brought this up to think that this same scenario could be used here. You have a friend drive your car and have another friend to be a blocker car right behind yours as you're leaving the parking lot. As your friend goes right you turn on your left turn signal and sit there contemplating when it is safe to turn. If the Thug decides to pass you on the left then he better have his lights and siren on because who checks their rear view mirror when pulling out? Remember these Thugs know you're guilty of something when you leave your driveway. Just Sayin'.
