Crime of being black I'm guessing? How dare they.
This officer is a dog that was looking to bite, and very obviously gets off on hurting the defenseless.
Another officer said "don't be surprised when we put our hands on your family, or your folks, or your friends" means that deep down, he sees black people as a "problem" en masse. Not a single good apple in the bunch.
The most heartwarming part of this story is the other cops stopping the rogue cop and arresting him for assaulting the man on his knees. Oh wait….

And they wonder why people hate cops. Police across America are completely dumbfounded why most citizens are hostile.
That isn't a one time thing. Those cops are use to doing that and getting away with it. That type of behavior is condoned by the Chief.
It's unfortunate that when one sees cops these days, it becomes a priority to avoid ANY interaction with them.
It's amazing how the other officers who didn't need to apply that level of force themselves just remained silent and didn't say nothing. Police culture is so rotten to the core.

2 of the officers revealed in using force, and 1 of them even said he would straight up kill you because only he needed a gun for protection.

Doctors have liability insurance. Everyone in law enforcement should have a liability insurance policy which is designated as first payer when they cause legal action to be instituted against their employer. This saves the taxpayer from footing the bill for the officer's illegal actions. Sooner than later the bad ones will be out of law enforcement and we can go back to respecting the profession.

Anyone besides an officer would be arrested for aggravated assault, simple. A boot to the chest could break ribs, puncture lungs AND the uncontrolled impact with the pavement could and has caused severe head traumas.
That the detainee didn’t suffer any of these is luck, not for lack of the officer trying. Pull cert, jail and sued in official capacity as well as private. There was NO reason for this except his wish to cause harm. Sicking and saddening this would not go without the full punishment of the law.
You can clearly hear the other officer at 3:16 repeatedly telling the kids to "get on their knees, now! It becomes more clear as the running officer gets closer. He was following commands.
If you have 100 good cops, and 1 bad cop… And none of the good cops stops the bad cop, then you have 101 bad cops.

So what happened to the cop? I fell asleep during the long drawn out stall for time to get viewer hours padded.
So, all that police hysteria over an argument. Making people lie down on the ground, kicking the guy whose on his knees, fervor & madness, not professional at all. They should've just walked up & said, "We got a call that there's been a big argument going on here…" I believe all present would've felt more protected by their city's police than assaulted. The police could've advised everyone to disperse, go on home, & let everyone know they'd be checking back to make sure things remain calm.
This is not even legal in the NFL. This is the definition of a defenseless receiver.
