What do you do or say if someone is filming and you are with your small children, i heard a case in the uk where someone was filing in a library with kids in it and he got lumped as he was filming someones child and he got away with it as he didmt give consent
Is that a public building though? A lot of government offices rentout private property just so private security CAN ask you to stop recording/protesting, etc…
However, private security can only use cuffs in specific circumstances. This isn't one of them…

Just Asking: Do you know that we are being filmed by cameras in EVERY building we enter?? The grocery store, post office, bank, DMV, city hall, courtrooms,sports facilities, department stores….Folks if you don't want to be seen by random people with IPhone and cameras you will never be able to leave home! In a large percentage of homes their own security cameras and recorded by Alexa or Siri…..so don't step out of your door w/o combing your hair and putting on makeup. LOL.

I've always thought a sharp government employee, could shut down an auditor, by triggering a, time, place or manner restriction. .They could set up a security checkpoint, They could document his interference with their business ( even if it's not the Auditor's fault ), they could limit the number of people in the lobby. But none of them try that… They all do a head-but with the 1st amendment…and lose.
I find this to be very stupid and ppl like this have way too much time on their hand, understood is totally legal but you just a nuisance for what?
