You stepping thru their scene could have made it impossible to find anything.

It almost seemed like the video was edited because or I have deja vu, because you asked the same cop the same thing twice… AND HE WAS RESPECTING THE LETTER OF THE LAW and he was being very reasonably acomodating.

Walking all over the crime scene (injuries present) may have made it more difficult to find out why the crash happened….

A lot of times, the People getting arrested have a negative reaction to cops and get very nervous, so just put on white gloves when interacting with the arestee, give him the humility that the "pigs" are denying him.
The last thing you want to do is give some punk power. Sometimes people on scene are lookouts for the criminals… Watch the PEOPLE ON SCENE if you are witnessing the cops doing their job's right.
