If it’s not about filming, then why do cops constantly put their hands on people and put people in handcuffs who are doing nothing but recording them the person can’t are not approaching them. The person is not being violent towards them, but for some reason they put you in handcuffs and put their hands on you just like they do the multiple people and they say it’s not for recording, but all you are doing is recording .
