Judge,you like many others are throwing your cards in with the police and that in this day and and age of cameras and citizens recording stops should make you think twice. Citizens are better informed and have a way of recording absolute proof and this should be noted by all law enforcement and judges

The dumb fuck literally said "I didn't know it was being recorded, you know everybody has the right to record…" but the only footage of the encounter comes from his camera, that he knowingly put on and activated, and the camera of the cop that showed up as backup.

The judge was about to say, If you want to get an officers attention, flip him the bird, but then he stopped himself and said, have things hanging from your mirror. That makes no sense, since the judge ruled the officer didn't see the necklace until he got up to his car! So how did that necklace "get the officers attention"?? The judge KNOWS he was stopped for flipping off the cop! He's too crooked to be honest about the right to do that, WITHOUT RETALIATION!

The problem here is that questioning the constitutionality of the stop probably needed to be done in a motion to dismiss filed before trial. There was no probably cause for the stop to begin with, and all the evidence was there to prove it, and that should have been heard before any trial was held.
