I would state this cops upon requirement should take a mandatory American Constitutional class in order to graduate and acceptable to be considered to be hired at any police law enforcement occupation . Also these hires should have their own casualty and liability insurance. These requirements are non-negotiable .

Lawyers train in college and university for years to understand the law, and the police get 6 months to learn and are expected to uphold the law. 😅 Police need training not only in dealing with people but actually understanding the laws, I believe this is the way to improve the police departments globally.
