@Delete Lawz, I enjoy watching your videos. They are both educational and entertaining. I have a sincere question about passenger's not needing to ID during a traffic stop. I have heard you and other 1A audit channels say the same thing, that passengers in a vehicle are not legally required to provide ID.
I looked up the Supreme Court case that is referenced in your Trifold Arizona vs Johnson (2009). I read the case and I didn't see anything specific about passengers not needing to provide ID. It looks to me like the whole case is centered around the pat down of the passenger and finding a weapon, not about him producing or refusing to produce an ID. If I missed something in the case, please let me know.
So, I went on searching for other cases that the Supreme Court might have ruled on specific to passengers being required to produce ID. I can't seem to find any definitive/official position by the Supreme Court. I did find other appellate court cases but it seems to be unsettled, from what I can find. Of cource, I am not a lawyer nor a law scholar, so it might be settled and I just don't know where to find the specific case.
Has the passenger ID requirement been settled by the Supreme Court? If so, what is the name of the case? If it is Arizona vs Johnson, what specific part of that case settled the issue? Maybe I just misunderstood the case.
Thanks.
Dude you need to make this free.. accept donations .. easy peasy
You are by far the dumbest person on YouTube. If you have any "fans" it's simply because this world is full of people just as dumb as you
In the United States, police officers may use the address on your identification card, such as your driver's license or state ID, for a variety of purposes. For example, if you are involved in a traffic stop or other encounter with law enforcement, the officer may use the address on your ID to verify your identity and perform a background check.
The address on your ID can also be used by law enforcement to locate you if you are a witness to a crime, a victim of a crime, or if you are suspected of committing a crime.
However, it is important to note that the use of your personal information by law enforcement is subject to certain legal requirements and protections. For example, police officers must have a legitimate reason to request and use their personal information. This means that they can in fact ask you and you have to provide
You do not have to answer any questions on if there is a gun in your car. one must only provide concealed carry permit ,a drivers license and proof of insurance. So it would be dumb not to answer if you have a gun or not since you still have to provide paper work. Also In certain situations, exercising your right to remain silent during questioning could be unwise, since you can be held for up to 24 hours of interrogation. You also don't state this is for USA only as in Ontario, Canada, you are required to provide your driver's license to the police if they ask for it. This is typically done during a traffic stop, but it may also be requested in other situations, such as if you are being investigated for a crime. It is important to note that failure to provide your driver's license when asked can result in a fine and/or other penalties. Also depending on the state and the circumstances of the encounter with the police, if you are driving a vehicle and are stopped by a police officer, you are required to provide your driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance upon request. This is typically required under state traffic laws and failure to produce these documents can result in fines, penalties, and possible arrest. So sometimes invoking the right to silence it's not always the best option
we all know it does nothing. just be street smart
We need one for Canada!
Why do you often tend to gaslight cops, you seems to be a very immature adult lol find a new hobby
Poor Chille. Trying to sell a worthless piece of paper to the gullible. Youve also raised prices, lol. I dont hate any family members enough to give them this as a gift. Chilles ancestors were the ones selling snake oil from town to town.
Yeah you're a tool alright
not buying shit from this loser grifter.
I have a question, this is serious so please don’t sue me or anything, how can you call yourself a law scholar, talk about how your a law scholar, and brag about being a law scholar… but you yourself also say your don’t know anymore than anyone else, everything you learned was from the internet/Google…. That’s not a scholar, in fact that’s the complete opposite, also as much as you keep pointing out how you sue people, after researching all the cases that can be found, it looks like you’ve not had a successful case, that’s not even pointing out your rap sheet, im pretty sure the only cases that had a real ending was the one that was about a restraining order against you and some eviction notice.
So umm ya, please elaborate on how your a “law scholar” ?
Tool for the job😂
You're the tool. Still mad that you're not a Power Ranger? 😂😂😂😂
Drivers License Contract Part 1 of 3: Here's how it works, when you APPLY for a Drivers License, this is a contract between you and the State! What are you CONSENTING to? When you put your SIGNATURE down you created a legal binding agreement! What legal agreement? Well before you apply there are TERMS AND AGREEMENTS, you always read those if you plan to SIGN! But obviously 99% of the USA does not read the DRIVERS LICENSE contract!
Drivers License contract Part 2 of 3: Terms and Agreement: You must Identify what type of COMMERCE you are engaging in, "Interstate Commerce" or "Intrastate Commerce" the agreement is worded exactly the same for both. You are applying for a BUSINESS License! This is also written in Federal Law as Non-Business Exemption! Its found in the Department of Transportation website. FMCSR do not apply to Non-Business activity on the Roadways. The video author deleted 3 of 3!
I can't afford it
Hey, chilly, the name of that cop that shot Daisy the dog? His name is Elliot Palmer.
This loser should be the new Sham Wow pitch man🤣🤣🤣
I got one. I believe it will be a great tool against the power tripping tyrants. Thank you!
Your trifold is a joke….u can't even get out of a ticket with your trifold..so why should anyone buy that it won't help them at all but just make the cop give them a ticket instead if he was gone to give them a warning….well I should ask Josh or Kate if they bought one of these stupid trifold since u scared of Kate thinking she is coming after u.
How’s that illegal shooting in Ohio going? Did you arrest the cop yet? Lmao
200k subs? STOP buying subs Chille, it’s obvious!
You can download it for $9 and give it to your friends and family for free. This is assuming that your friends and family are as stupid as the person who bought one. Personally I wouldn’t waste the paper to print it out, or the mb of storage to download it.
I'm buying it but its going to be the physical copy
I'll buy if you show a video of you using one and it working in an actual stop. post it up!
