In the state of Delaware, state police normally pretty cool. Now the local police department., it’s completely different normally they’re the ones that give you a hard time. I am speaking from experience..
They still practice a "vascar" speed trap in Delaware meaning they'll time a series of vehicles traveling from one point to another, pulling over an entire group, including those going the speed limit while others are speeding to pass them. No mercy. Some town & city police act like terrorists- breaking & entering, planting evidence, threatening, bullying, beating, lying on record & in court and colluding to make false arrests. They will stop u for going 1 & 2 miles over the limit in order to search u, ur vehicle & for city and/or town revenue..it's sad. Way to go 1st State. Oh, and btw, thanks for that POS Biden!(I KNOW cuz I'm from there!)
