I completely believe this young man was legitimately scared of cops. You can hear it in his voice that he obviously has been a victim of their brutality !! I don’t blame him at all for fleeing. It’s been evident and clear that cops use the “I smell marijuana” BS to violate and torture people, trash their vehicles and almost a hundred percent of the time find some made up narrative to arrest them which is their only actual goal when it comes to the public: RUIN our lives physically and financially anyway they can ! I’d bet the farm that young man in some way would’ve been violated, beaten and arrested by that cop

I have no tint on my car! Once was for not using my blinker. Completely fabricated. Other one was for going 2 miles over in a 65 mph. 2 miles over!
