  1. You can clearly see the cop plant marijuana in the back of the vehicle. 10:40 He had it in his hand before opening the back and sets it down then moments later says he found it. If the report really claims he found that in the back then it's clear evidence of planting.

  2. I really don't understand why the cops want to create an atmosphere in the country like this. Pull someone over on a lie then search them. I always wonder would they like it if the same happened to themselves or their children or parents. And what is a "registration light?"

  3. Pennsylvania v. Mimms is another example of the Supreme Court eroding the 4th amendment. The routine practice of ordering vehicle occupants to get out without reasonable suspicion of anything more than a traffic infraction is an arbitrary abuse of state power.

  4. Everybody needs to rewatch the part where he’s searching the trunk. It appears this cop DID PLANT that bag of weed. He fiddles with something, looks like he takes something out a pocket then He moves a baggie down and across the trunk. Then he pulls bag up with same hand. This seems planted for sure!!
