Potential for Immunity turns on when the camera turns on. You're not on duty, or protected, unless your body camera is on. Boom. Poop on your own time, as a civilian. camera turns off? You're off duty. Penalties including being let go when you don't show up for work or when turn your camera off; one in the same.

Qualified immunity was put in place because of special circumstances or situations were a cop will have to make a split decision. Now these criminals we call cops use it to violate the basic laws and our constitutional rights which they took a oath to protect. End qualify immunity and make these cops get personal liability insurance and when they can’t be insurance then they lose their badges. This will get rid of police unions protecting bad cops and bad cops from being idiots.
