An Ohio police officer has been fired after he detained his daughter’s boyfriend during a traffic stop. Disturbing dashcam footage of the incident was captured in April but has only now made public. It shows John Kovach, a 26-year veteran of the force, pulling over his 18-year-old daughter’s boyfriend. His daughter, Katlyn, was driving with boyfriend Makai Coleman, of whom her father reportedly disapproved.

Father advice: If you don’t like your daughter’s boyfriend you must act like you do. Act like he’s the best thing ever. Treating the boyfriend as forbidden is the best way to have your daughter pregnant and married to the guy at 18 or earlier.

That is child endangerment. I'm not sure how old she is. If she is 18 or not he is forcing her into the car. Basically kidnapping her overreaching his own job supposed police officer. He should lose his job over this minimum, possibly jail or probation
He has absolutely won Worst Father of the week!! Even if he was just trying to teach her a "lesson", he absolutely went about it the WRONG WAY!! Shoving his kid (who is a legal adult) into the back of the car and refuses to let her out. Telling her she's going to jail..HE SHOULD NEVER BEEN ISSUED A BADGE AND SHOULD BE IN PRISON for wrongful arrest, wrongful detainment, harrassment and everything else that liar did.
