This is also a failure of the media. The TV station's story apparently does not say "according to police" once, instead reporting the lie-filled police report as if it's undisputed fact. As a retired journalist, I admit that much of the media is too beholden to police and prosecutors and the flow of information is always from one side only. So not only are you declared guilty by the police before trial, you are convicted in the media.
Hilarious that the polices' bad (unlawful) behavior finally came back to bite them. Cowards earning the hate AND earning the charges. Another false narrative from the cops…..go figure.

I can't say that I am entertained by watching videos of police stupidity and police brutality as the lawyer suggested.
However, I will say that I'm entertained when I see a video this bullying cop being put in jail after he is convicted of trespassing (with deception), illegal assault and illegal arrest.
