The Oklahoma City Police Department has once again been caught on video violently slamming an innocent citizen to the ground. Last time it was the elderly Vietnamese man. This time, it’s a young girl who was shoved to the ground and arrested following a 4am noise complaint. But unlike the officer in my last video, this cop has been criminally charged. Why would this officer be charged, while the other officer, who seriously injured an elderly man, has not been charged?

  2. Taking a guess, but the reason they are charging this officer than the one that slammed a 70 year old man. Might be that they couldn't really defend his actions, from the crowd of witnesses, no real crime, and his agression as well as his misuse of power. But the one with the 70 year old man, they can probably say that the officer was justified since he probably followed all procedures and policies that allowed him to use force. Or they need more backlash from the people that will force the police and District Attorney to file charges, since they dont want more information leaking from the department if this officer is a favorite officer of the department.

  3. The problem here is that the officer did not arrest the victim until AFTER he shoved her 5 to 7 feet across the concrete and into objects on the ground which injured her.
She got back up and approached the person that just committed assault against her on her own private property which is when he arrested her.

The other officer committed Aggravated Assault & Elder Abuse…he should be charged with those crimes at the barest minimum.

  4. I don't think there have been charges im the elderly mans case; because it appears that the elderly man threatened the officer in some way, including possible bodily contact; making any action by the officer, self defense, even though the responce did seem heavy handed.

  5. I see a difference in the two – the officer with the older man – I think although the force is tough to watch, it is technically justified, because you are not giving any credit to the strike with the back of his hand that he delivers to the officer. Everything is going smooth in their conversation and then the man becomes elevated, smacks the officer with a quick pop of the back of his hand while shouting angrily "you shut up,". This action caused an immediate reaction from the officer that caught the older man off guard, but you cannot ignore that it happened. I think that's why that officer won't be charged. The older man smacked him – go and watch. In the second video, the offer is being charged because he threw her to the ground on her own property because he was triggered not by her hitting him, but by her apparent disrespect for him and his authority. That is why he will be charged and not the other officer in my opinion.

  6. What the? You're not allowed to be on your own property after dark? I don't get this, under what authority does he even have to tell them to go inside? He can ask them to turn off their music, but he can not require them to go inside.

  7. When the senior man finally sues the amount will be way way higher than the girl could sue for so they will be accountable to the lesser potential cost to sooth the public and deny any responsibility for the other.

  8. Get your shit together, there’s gotta be worse out there than this! Complete and total disrespect for every single house in this neighborhood! 4:00 am blaring music ? Would you allow this in your neighborhood? Simple question

  9. Law enforcement wants us to view them all as heroes simply for applying for a job, but when they exhibit bad behavior they need us all to know that they're "only human".

They don't want the idea that each person's actions reflect on the dept (or the profession as a whole) to apply to them, even tho they apply that idea liberally to everyone that's not a member of their thin blue line gang.

I'm a union member and I'm very much in favor or organized labor in general, but the police unions have GOT to go. They're just organized crime syndicates protecting gang members at this point.

  10. I dont have a problem with cops coming out for a noise complaint at 4:00 am. Most people would agree that these are the sort of things police are for, to keep the peace when neighbors (citizens) are having issues with each other.
Saying that, this officer didnt calm the issues because he became emotionally invested. You could also make the case that he gave some unlawful orders.
Officers should conduct themselves with a professional manner.
Do not give orders that are not lawful:
Get inside now! If they are on there property why do they have to go inside?
Im going to arrest you for public intoxication! On private property?

Should have been a simple noise complaint. Show up and demand they turn music down enough to not disturb neighbors. If you already did this and had to come back a second time, give citation. If you have to come back a third time, another citation and possible arrest. Be professional and polite and remember, dont take the job personally.

  11. The Vietnamese man was different because it was in public that he showed the unmitigated gall to actually raise a finger to his mouth in front of the poor helpless clean cut momma's boy popo whilst in PUBLIC and being lectured by the angelic patient righteous boy scout of meritorious renown. Any one with a blue thin line on their body knows, you get your ass slammed for that egregious behavior 'round hurr.

  12. Playing loud music outdoors is degenerate and straight 3rd world country shit, but cop is in the wrong. Arrest them, fine them, deport them – 9/10 they are illegals, but by doing burtal stuff you only strengthen their case. Bad optics. Now w3tbacks have a case against you.

  13. Ego driven policing. He actually thinks he has the authority to tell people to go into their home. This is learned behaviour, he was taught the public is his to do with what he wants. If he got charged his superiors should be charged as well. They are the reason this was allowed to happen.

  14. Thqnk god these oki-doki police officers saved us from this girl and this asian elderly man. Could you imagine that they could be out on the street right now just breathing and thinking criically? Disgusting citizens! How dare they expect civility, dignity in respect from officers?

  15. What does race have to do with you partying at 4 am?
That's why he's charged and the other one isn't. Internal affairs are petrified of being called "racist". Asians don't play the race card. It's beneath their culture.

I don't agree with either situation. Both cops are POS. And shouldn't be cops
