I know in Florida a Bass must be at least 16 inches to keep. If I catch a pair pliers and a few screwdrivers, magnet fishing, what are the legal size limits for those items that I'm allowed to keep vs throwing back? Am I allowed to keep the 29 inch rusty, adult bicycle frame, I fought so hard to land? What about the rusted child's bicycle frame? Since it is a child's bike do I have to toss it back so it can it grow into a rusty adult bicycle frame? Or is rusty metal objects completely illegal to catch and keep from any water way? Can anyone please direct me to the government website on magnet fishing? I am looking for the page that list the metal objects that I am legally allowed to catch and keep vs throw back, and their size and weight limits if any? I don't want to be arrested for cleaning up rivers, lakes or the bay, of old rusty items.
