  2. Citizens can file a claim on the Insurance Surety Bond ( Public Official’s Bond ) of Public Servants.
Once the Insurance Company pays out settlement, the Public Servant must pay back the settlement amount, and all court costs

In general, public official bonds obligate the appointed individual to act honestly and faithfully perform the duties of their position. Public official bonds protect the public from financial harm if the public official violates the terms of their appointment by committing fraud or otherwise abusing their position of power (civil rights violations, excessive force and etc.)
Public official bond is a type of surety bond that public officials must obtain to protect the public and government from financial harm resulting from the official’s actions while in office. It’s designed to protect taxpayers if a public official engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

State and local governments typically require this bond for elected officials, appointed officials, and employees who handle public funds and sensitive information. The following parties may need a surety bond before being sworn in for duty:

    Commissioners
    Deputies
    Sheriffs
    Court clerks
    City managers
    Treasurers
    Mayors
    Judges
    Law enforcement officers
    Other city officials

To sue a police officer for their bond, you would need to file a civil lawsuit against the officer, specifically targeting the bond company that issued the bond, alleging that the officer's misconduct caused you damages and that the bond should be used to compensate you; this typically requires demonstrating a clear violation of your rights by the officer, and you should consult with an attorney to navigate the specific legal process in your jurisdiction.

To file a claim against a public official's bond , you can:

    1. Identify the issue
Determine the specific misconduct or failure that occurred, such as financial mismanagement or not performing their duties.

    2. Contact the surety company
Find out who issued the bond and contact their claims department. They will provide you with the necessary forms and guide you through the claim process.

    3. Gather documentation
Collect all relevant documents that support your claim, such as contract violations. Conduct or omissions made by public officials constitute a breach of his or her duties of the office. The bond serves as a guarantee against fraud or dishonesty and covers losses arising from neglect or other serious offenses.

    4. Submit the claim
Send a formal claim to the surety company, which could be a letter or a form.

    5. Follow up
Maintain contact with the surety company as they investigate the allegations.

    6. Receive a response
The surety company will notify you in writing within 30 days of whether they accept or reject the claim. If they reject the claim, they will state the reasons for the rejection.

If the claim is valid, the surety company will pay the claimant up to the bond's full value. The principal must then reimburse the surety.

Public official bonds remain in effect for five years after they expire.

A public official surety bond covers three types of failures by a public official:

    Misfeasance
When a public official makes a mistake or error that causes harm to the public, but without criminal intent or breaking the law.
    Nonfeasance
When a public official neglects to perform a duty, causing harm to the public.
    Malfeasance
When a public official commits an illegal act with the intent to cause harm, such as dishonest acts for personal gain or exceeding their authority.

Most bondholders are required by the state to keep a book for their seal and certified copies of the policy. Write a letter to the public official requesting a copy of the Bond. State the revised code that informs the public officers of his duties to supply you with the certified copy. Then send your FOIA request via email or certified mail.
Call the Treasurer and find out who the bond company is – then Contact the bond company and request a copy of the policy.
Send a request letter via their online form – many organizations have a contact form you can fill out to request the bond online.
Get a copy of the bond at the probate office, which is where they’re kept according to many state laws.

Contact the Sheriff and ask him to go down to the district office with you – if he won’t help, try to go after his bond, once you have it, demand that he help you.
Ask constitutional sheriffs who they are bonded with and then call the company and request the bonds for every sheriff in your state. Sheriffs are MORE POWERFUL than you think. They have complete jurisdiction over your county, even over the Police Departments.

If you don’t ask for this information with specific language they feel they are not violating the law by denying your request. But once you find a strategy and verbiage that works it’s likely to work throughout your state.
Some bonds are burred in insurance policies, If you get the policy, look for a section called the “ACORD” – this often lists who is covered in the policy.

Public official bonds are one of the oldest written guarantees that people need to qualify for office. They protect the public if an official violates their duty through negligence or malfeasance.

Attorney General's office will provide a copy of your complaint to the party you are complaining against.

You can also contact the U.S. Department of Justice to report criminal activities that violate civil rights. You can contact them by:

    Calling (202) 514-3204
    Faxing (202) 514-8336
Writing to the Department of Justice at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20530

You can also contact the nearest office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to report police brutality or the abuse of your rights by the police.

  3. This case happened in Colorado, there is no qualified immunity statute.
But we all know the state will cover for the officers if and when they get sued.
10:00, like always the Police are terrified of the laws they are paid to uphold and defend.

  4. All forms of governments within the USA have been for over a century for-profit public corporations. Proof that the federal government is a public corporation can be found in 28 USC 3002, 15(a). All state, county, and city governments are also corporations that are incorporated in Washington, DC. These Corporation use statutes (Admiralty court rules/rules of commerce) to enslave the population. It is impossible to defend yourself because these government corporations make it very difficult if not impossible to know jurisdiction and what rules the court(s) is operating under. A "Person" is a government entity, individual, partnership, corporation, and trust to name a few. You want to know why things are the way they are, because these governmental entities have used their power to enact unjust statutes, including unconstitutional ones, and the law enforcers are given almost unchecked power to use those statutes for profit. The US Constitutions (natural law) is supposed to be supreme law of the land, but it has been almost entirely replaced by Admiralty law/statutory law.

  5. Being a retired law-enforcement officer, it disgusts me and embarrasses me even State that I saw blatant us in them mentality not just the criminals but every day citizens if you don't wear the uniform, you are them that's just how it was and I guess it still is even though I fought that mentality. I guess I can say the cops that thought that way didn't like me around

  6. How FAST can a especially equipped police cruiser accelerate in a quarter mile, while an egotistic tyrant is distracted talking to his honey and guesstimating speed and traffic? Wouldn't the cop have navigate through the same congested traffic while closing in at close to 3 times the speed limit without emergency lights at night? Was Honey impressed?

  7. For anyone who hasn’t been told before. When the cop gives you a court day, call the court and move the day. Most cops will stack all their court appearances on the same day so they only have to show up once. Plead not guilty and you’ve got no one against you if he doesn’t show.

  8. The fact/lie a cop drives 100 mph to catch up to somebody means absolutely nothing .. especially going the opposite direction. How are the brakes, tire treads, distance to turn around, acceleration of the vehicle, reaction time of leo, ect .. it's quite litterally the dumbest statement a person could possibly make

  9. "This guy doesn't answer questions."

    "…………….at all?"

I don't know why, but this made me laugh really hard

Edit: as a former enlisted United States Marine, I can't stand it when Marines become LEOs and violate the rights of the people

  10. The whole purpose is to make you go to court. The cop wont show up and it won't inconvenience him at all. But you have to take time out of your day to fight the BS claim
    THE PROCESS IS THE PUNISHMENT!!!!

  11. When you go to court, put in a notice of special appearance, stating that you will be appearing specially in propria persona sui juris, That
means in your proper person and competent to handle your own affairs, Challenge subject matter. Jurisdiction do not enter a plea because per the sixth amendment they have to explain the nature and the cause of the allegation and they will never do that . They are assuming you are a party to an international maritime contract, A contract they cannot prove exists with your wet ink signature which would compel you to perform under said contract. You also have a proposed plea of guilty so they can't say you're not entering a plea. That is what's known as a conditional acceptance for value. You will enter the plea of guilty provided the state prosecutor can prove their claim by proving they have jurisdiction by producing the contract and placing it into the record. They can never do that even if they run through a "trial" and have a directed verdict of guilt. Just appeal the decision, Once the judge hears, you're going to appeal the decision anyways, he may have a change of heart.
