This claim is dubious…if he's a bad dude, he'll just lie and claim he "smells something."
Great video. Thank you !
That is the dumbest idea ever. Refuse consent immediately not play games.
This guy is good, he should be a teacher and preach this in Schools and Universities so everyone is much more clued up on what their rights are.
I definitely going to buy one i never give consent an i dont answer ?
I had a cop pull me over years ago. He said he had probable cause search my car because i had a couple of zip ties laying on the ground . What the hell do people do with zip ties that would give them probable cause? I think they were just bullshitting me, but i may be wrong
Otvo
Police never ever ever ever ever never NEVER NEVER ever ever NEver ever need your consent for ANYTHING. That idea is so incredibly dumb. Why would a police officer need consent to investigate a possible crime? Police dont need your permission or consent to do anything, never will. Anyone who tells you that you have to give consent to a police officer to search your vehicle at all is VERY very very very very stupid. The more people make issues of simple things like this will probably cause more laws to be put in place to 'protect property' and i would bet there's a possibility to have a whole car inventoried at a stop just to prevent a citizen from claiming something got stolen by the cop, and if a whole inventory is done, then you idiots wont be able to say anything was stolen, so maybe an inventory has to be done at EVERY stop just to prevent the possibility of lawsuits… but then people will complain about their stuff being searched huh? You morons who just blindly hate cops or law enforcement just have some serious brain problems.
the man that fbi shot did not have a warrant to search. he told them to come back with one. they came back with armed vehicles and drove into his house and then killed him.
What abt the fake dog hits? Is there anything one can stop that.
cops are so crooked that they will break your glovebox anyways. what stopping them? the law? they dont care if you sue they get paid overtime in the court anyways.
That 45 sec clip is one of the best moments ever. "That's it, he revoked consent!"
Serious question of concern. I'm a transplant recipient and I saw a report a few months ago of a heart transplant recipient dying due to officers jailing him for several nights WITHOUT HIS TRANSPLANT MEDS, which resulted in his death. The arresting officer said that the jail could get him his medication, however they did not. He told the judge in his hearing he needed the meds, was given a $503 bond and told "Hopefully you are able to make bond here and get your medication" by the judge. He was released from jail after three days, that's all the time it took. His name was Dexter Barry of Florida.
I have had my liver transplanted TWICE due to auto-immunity, it took years for my liver to be unhealthy enough to receive the first transplant of which both were obtained at the University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan. I am completely unable to obtain my anti-rejection medication in my town. The hospital in town, owned my McLaren, does not have my medication. The medical facility that's somewhat associated with UofM has a specialty pharmacy also does not have my medication. I receive my medication, via UPS, from the UofM specialty pharmacy in Ann Arbor.
What should an individual with life sustaining medical needs like my self do if an officer is going to jail them?
Don't play games with the police. Just refuse requests to search.
Question: a cop didnt read me my rights
Ye must go forth into the ghettos of America where my ppl are in captivity and preach the sword of truth and delever them the power
How do i contact you
For the most part this is correct but he is leaving out something that is important. From that case "An inventory search is illegal, and any discovered evidence must be suppressed, when the search (does not comply with the inventory search procedures). United States v. Wanless, 882 F.2d 1459, 1464 (9th Cir. 1989) "In this case, neither a key or an unlocking mechanism was available. Defendant twice told Officer Simpson that he had lost the key to the glove box." So the city's POLICY on inventory searches state that a key must be available. Dont have a key available people.
523 am I need to know where to send my video of my girlfriend and I getting our rights violated two days ago by vidor tx and orange county TX police
I’m gonna tell you something buddy can you please run for Congress
I remember seeing you use the trifold. The trifold doesn't have to guarantee to get you out of tickets to serve a purpose.. I remember when the cop started his grilling questions that could have very likely turned a simple traffic stop into a disaster. You just pointed to the trifold, and once the cop read it, said ok and completed the traffic stop, without it escalating and turning into something messy. The trifold showed you knew your rights, which terrifies some people.
You have to give them your keys to tow your vehicles.
What if they took your keys out your pockets during them searching you?
What is they put you in cuffs and in their vehicle before you can revoke consent? Or they do that and not ask to search your vehicle?
What if you're out of the car and you lock it? Do they need a warrant now that the car is locked?
