I am all for cops that uphold rights but the problem is that there is such a small percentage that I don't even care about any of them anymore.
The only thing unfortunate about this video is that he is in the minority. Good cops do exist. There just isn't enough of them. I'm glad you talk about policies and procedures. It is 100% the fault of national organizations that produce most bad and/or incompetent cops…

not all cops are bad, and not all people are evil. It's important to recognize that any group, when given power, can develop problematic behaviors, in any job or community, there are good and bad individuals. Most police officers become cops because they genuinely want to help people and make their communities safer. But the system they work in can sometimes create an environment that encourages negative behaviors.It's not fair to say "all cops are bad" or "all cops are good." We should look at individual actions and the systemic issues that might influence those actions. Power can sometimes corrupt people, and when you give omeone authority without proper oversight, they might start to abuse that power.
