Cops should have to work:
as Scout leaders for 2 or more years to learn patience and consideration,
in an ER to learn how to recognize the medical issues they mistake with their uneducated beliefs,
in an ambulance to understand the urgency of different medical conditions and how to handle them,
I also think they need to work in a nursing home so they become acquainted with the delicacy of elderly bodies and minds.
all before being considered for law enforcement employment.
