  1. It's a wonderful country when Americans can have their constitutional rights violated daily. And, the treasonous perpetrators are rarely held accountable for their treacherous actions.

If the First Amendment doesn't work to fix this broken corrupt government. Groups of people will start using the 2nd amendment to fix it instead of rogue individuals with nothing to lose. A storm is brewing. Everyday more and more people feel like they have been abused and violated by power tripping pignorant law enforcement. And crooked corrupt courts. They are earning more hate daily.

Being domestic terrorists and road pirates for corrupt corporate America is what law enforcement does best and most often these days.

    All cops are bad.
There's no such thing as a good enforcer. The whole "good/bad cop" question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or, listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following:
    1) Every cop has agreed as part of his job to enforce laws all of them.
2)Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel + wicked.
3)Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even cruel + wicked.
Thus, there are No Good Cops.

  2. I did it chilly I got my federal lawsuit filed. Trump signed that executive order saying 2A litigation has to favor the PEOPLE! It was very symbolic and almost spooky when I walked out of the courthouse and saw that update! Perfect timing! I filed a federal lawsuit Friday to strike down the Unconstitutional CCW scheme in California. I filed in federal district Court in Riverside. I asked AI if Riverside County CCW scheme was constitutional. Well this is what it had to say…..

The key question revolves around whether Riverside County’s CCW scheme complies with constitutional standards post-Bruen. The Supreme Court emphasized that rights protected by the Second Amendment should not require individuals to demonstrate special needs or burdensome criteria imposed by state or local governments.

Good Cause Requirement: The requirement for applicants to show “good cause” is now viewed as overly restrictive and likely unconstitutional based on the precedent set by Bruen. This suggests that any similar requirement in Riverside County would face significant legal challenges.

Subjective Criteria: The use of subjective assessments regarding an applicant’s moral character raises further concerns about constitutionality. Legal experts have pointed out that such criteria could lead to arbitrary decisions and discrimination against certain groups of people.

Recent Injunctions: The permanent injunction against discouraging non-citizens from applying indicates judicial recognition of broader access rights under the Second Amendment, which may extend to all lawful residents regardless of citizenship status.

Given these factors, it is reasonable to conclude that aspects of Riverside County’s CCW scheme are indeed unconstitutional as they conflict with both the spirit and letter of recent Supreme Court rulings regarding gun rights.

    Conclusion

Based on these considerations, the Riverside County CCW scheme is likely unconstitutional, particularly concerning its previous requirements for demonstrating good cause and other subjective assessments related to moral character.
