For those who donβt know: section 1983 only allows money damages – not discipline or criminal prosecution. Iβd love those powers though, if you want to pitch that to your local congressman. The officers were disciplined and are now under FBI investigation, apparently. The SEU was also disbanded permanently after release of the video.
I watch exclusively for your banjo jams.

$185,000 paid by the criminals or the county? Keep us posted on the Fed investigation and any other crimes these officers commit while on duty or off. Consider running for US Senate seat in WV as the D candidate as you're far too sane to be a MAGAT I take it. You're probably needed here doing what you're doing though.
You sir are a true American patriot and a credit to your profession.
Not bad old boy
now if that client doesnt move away , those cops are going get back at him somehow , he's going to have to watch his back forever .
This guy is burning π₯ 100 dollars bill and me here try to make more money to survive lol πππ donβt burn the money send it to me I will help me lol
The 1983 rule is their loophole for getting around charging themselves with criminal activity and behavior, seems funny how the always get away for being criminals , and we don't, that n itself show u how corrupt this country really it.
The whole American system is so stupid. Over here the losing side pays for legal fees (in 99% of the cases) automatically. Frivolous lawsuits are close to zero.
Thank u
Thank you, sir, for creating these videos describing your work on the "Creepy Cops" case. Patience pays off in the end.
That's what is wrong with the jury system: You can never be certain what they will do, especially with regard to money damages. This is an excellent video. Thanks.
and just curios way wasnt it put as breaking and entering .. is that a breaking some law?
You ar a regular Ned Luberecki on that banjo!
I am tired of cops committing the act of conspiracy against the republic comply with the law any attempt to go outside the law cops need to be subject to conspiracy charges that include kill/capture orders
"No damages", is subjective. THE thought that its allowed, is not quantifiable in $.
I missed most of the video!?!?
What about the cops??! Were they sanctioned??
I'm sorry about the arthritis, I'll pray for you. You've obviously practiced much, losing skill in a beloved hobby is rough brother.
Thank you so much for fighting for us. Do you practice in VA?

If these cops are gonna come into this guys house illegally there is a good chance that "officially" they aren't actually there…
… no body, no crime.. or even better, .. no face no case .. this kind of " off the books" $hit can hide shit both ways .. come to my house ..
