  1. Never answer without representation present. If that cop haoened to be investigated by ia hewould Never answer a question without a union lawyer present. 😅😢

  2. NEVER answer questions without an attorney present and IMMEDIATELY ask for said attorney. This is a PERFECT example of what to do if/when you’re ever being questioned by law enforcement. If you’re guilty, you need an attorney. If you’re innocent, you REALLY need an attorney.. Contrary to popular belief and what we’re told literally from the time we’re old enough to comprehend the words being spoken to us, usually by our parents, cops ARE NOT your friend. Frankly, it seems most of the time they really don’t even care if you’re actually guilty of anything, they just want you to slip up enough when answering questions so that you give them enough “evidence” to charge you with something!!

  3. Never ever speak without an attorney period. these people are trained to confuse you and get you to say the wrong things that will certainly play in their favor. if you do want to talk ask first if you can also record the session on your phone or maybe even ask if you can live stream it prior to saying anything. if they won't let you record or live stream the interrogation then don't say a damn word.

  4. Never talk to the cops. Anything that could remotely be used against you will be recorded, anything that will 100% exonerate you will go in one ear, pass thru their empty skull, and out the other ear.

  5. When they said any other word than this is over with your will get you in tourney every bit of this shit should be thrown out they violated his constitutional rights and those those two I won't even give him a name should have their ass home off of wall somewhere

  6. Do you have to be more specific. I’m invoking my right to be silent until I am represented! You can’t say things like “I think I need to talk to my attorney, and “be specific to the point, and then shut up

  7. Once he asks for an attorney all questioning must stop. But in real life nothing happens to the cops if they don't stop asking you questions. There are no consequences for the cops thus there is no incentive to do the right thing. Also, what you say can be used against you for impeachment purposes which means they can hold that over your head if you testify.

  8. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT IF YOU GIVE UP THAT RIGHT…ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN THE COURT OF LAW …requesting an attorney and having to do it 3 times is amazing it's like they do t care. Good job on sticking to your guns
