The Judges questions show they are unfit to sit on the court. Their argument would allow a Police Officer to order someone to suck them off, for officer safety, and if the person refused to put lips around the organ, arrest them, then argue that the law requires a conviction.
Then, during the appeals process, you cannot tell the judges they are utter morons, no matter how moronic they act.
At some point, it's not law, it's a cudgel the State is wielding without limitations.
