A man in Owensboro, Kentucky accidentally butt-dialed 911 by pressing the emergency button on his phone’s Lock Screen. Then, some of the most constitutionally ignorant cops I’ve ever shown on this channel, arrive at the guy’s front door. He tells them it was a butt dial; that he’s alone in his house and there’s no emergency. But sensing something other than complete and total submission to government authority, the cops claim they smell marijuana, stick their foot in the door, and detain him without a warrant. Even worse than that, they tell him that they’re about to come in his house – also without a warrant, just due to the alleged smell – just completely disregarding longstanding and clearly established constitutional law saying that they can’t do that. He asks for their supervisor. But when the supervisor shows up, he’s even worse than they are.

He should have just given his name since he called 911
Omg this is reality
Ignorant police officers
Meanwhile.. a vid in Cleveland, of a girl dying, & NOBODY had heard from her in days. 👮♂️PD all of the sudden cared about her Const. rights. A friend had to break in before a cop would even peak through a window. This is after 3 hrs of banging on doors & windows, co-workers & friends calling her back to back, her cat was crying in the window (it was even distressed). Do a welfare check? Because her loved ones are begging you too.
NOPE Cuz Constitutional rights.
I was pissed off through the whole video, knowing aaall of the other stories LIKE THIS VID. Just knowing that same cop would willingly break Const. Rights if it helped meet his quota.
They reason they keep getting away with it is the taxpayers are footing the bill. Get some 7 and 8 figure settlements in these cases and you'll see some change. Slow at first, but eventually even the dumbest city council will realize they need to reign in their attack dogs
That was painful to listen to!
Cops are permitted liars and should be required to prove beyond any doubt of guilt
How can cops "prove beyond a reasonable doubt "they smelled something?
I've been yelling s*** the f*** up and get off my property since this video started
Who wants to bet this cop smells pot at almost all stops or interaction with people… and who wants to bet he is still convinced that smell gives him the right to do anything he wants.
i think the phones call on there own. had the cops show up on a job saying i called 911 . how can a phone call 911 when u are not on it. same
thing happend to me and my wife a couple weeks after picking mushrooms my phone was in a backpack and 911 called me back. the 911 operator was very nice talked to me for a min or so making sure my wife wasn't killing me or anything then she wished us luck finding mushrooms and that was the end of it
Dude they intentionally make easy on iPhone to call 911
This is why people hate the police.
I wanna know how people so Incompetent to the law be police officers? Do they not test for this kind of thing? There should definitely be a test on citizens basic rights
anyone who works as a peace officer that is to uphold the unjust laws must know the laws and why they are to be enforced plus they are to protect the citizens us constitutional rights. any law that conflicts with the us constitution is null and void. no reason to uphold, no reason to fallow, no reason to obey.
The government or its employees acting in effect of that government do not have rights. They have privileges given to them by the people.
Lol the the supervisor is a joke. "If you wanna be a smart ass about it" 😂
I notice police only treat poor people this way.
$$$$$$
Good to know that if I break into your house, stab you and you dial 911 just before you pass out you would want the police to just walk away if I walk to the door and say "sorry just a mistake" as you lay there bleeding out. I could give you a dozen other examples where a life could be on the line. I would expect that dialing 911 by "accident" should come with some consequences. If not people would be doing it all the time as a prank or in this case to catch your attention to blow it out of proportion where he can file a law suit and you can cash in again by getting your numbers up.
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
GET A DAMN WARRANT idiot cops…
Technically = A FKN LIE
Just close the door.
Here in Michigan I used to work at a bar the police visited quite a bit. Ive watched them get behind the wheel toasted so many times its rediculous.
How cops get shot!!!
Holy $417 I can't believe what I was watching. Is it just that officers are just this ignorant or the further south you go they get dumber.
😡
