The only thing that changes, a bad officers mindset is personal perspective. Same as any other human in the world. Unfortunately, that just means only if something really bad happens to him or’s family is the only way he’ll ever really understand what he’s doing to people. I hope that doesn’t need to happen. This is torture. The cops tortured a man who was handcuffed. Without cause. His airway was clearly restricted while handcuffed.
There was never any need for pain compliance on a handcuffed individual. Never trust the government to do the moral, legal, or right thing.
