Here's the situation that I think is wrong cop got his feelings hurt he broke the law by chasing him with no lights or nothing and he also gave him tickets after work which really is not right if we don't get these snowflake tyrant in check we're going to be doomed

The officer gave a valid reason that is actually accurate, someone screaming out the window may be in distress because someone is hold a gun on them, or a crisis. So I can’t see him winning in court.

I would say it is entirely reasonable to be pulled over for shouting something at a cop while passing them at high speed (I don't mean speeding by that.) However, once they check everyone in the vehicle is fine, they should say have a nice day and leave. It would be unreasonable to expect them to have understood what was shouted at them for many possible reasons, it could have been a cry for help from a trapped victim. I would advise against shouting at cops as you drive past because even if they understood you they could say they didn't and were checking the condition of the passengers to pull you over, then look for any ticket-able offense as they check, plus everyone's time being wasted. Even if they are trying to be petty, if they can't find anything wrong within the amount of time it takes to walk up and verify the passengers are safe (probably also give a brief verbal warning about the concern that can be raised from shouting at a cop like that,) they need to walk away.
