  1. Innocent? Oh, come on now! Clearly he was standing in his apartment during the hours of daylight covered in an excessive number of tattoos. I mean, how much more evidence do you need?

  2. Feel like people missed the pain compliance technique used on his wrist in the beginning of him being on tied. Also the purposeful lift of his legs to cause spinal injury and pain. Pretty F’d up

  3. these new-wave Xbox cops grew up inside the house, they have no social skills and are afraid of their own shadows. they wanted to be cops because they got good at the shooting video games.

  4. Some people call 911 for the drama value, a person bored, cannot find anything good to watch on tv and they drop a dime on the neighbor and watch the drama unfold through the window. this goes on all the time.

  5. Ugh, the thing that really gets to me on this one is why does law enforcement AUTOMATICALLY think it’s the male that is at fault? Maybe the wife was beating the crap out of him? (although neither looked harmed). Maybe if they asked a few questions, this could have all been avoided. 🙁

  6. I call the cops only if I hear true primal cadence. So, once.
I lived near a sorority for a short time, and an elementary school. You learn the variety of innocent screams, and BS talk, in the wide wide world.

  7. Don't blame the neighbors for concerned calls. Discouraging a community from caring for each other doesn't seem right and one such "annoying neighbor" might save your life one day.
The police should just be actually doing their jobs properly!

  8. I could ALMOST understand this if the guy was kicking, biting, screaming, spitting or totally out of control. To do this to someone to stroke your ego is unforgivable.

All cops involved should be fired.

  9. HOG TYING as in the 1990s was done with two sets of handcuffs. The technique has been universally banned. The hog tying in this case might be allowed because a nylon strap is employed. Should not be but cop weasel words are employed to make it seem as something else. It is NEVER called for.

  10. This video is SO unbelievable, this man did NOTHING to deserve this treatment. Personally, I regret that he did not have a steel security door in front of him, to protect himself from police. It is frightening to see this NAZI style behavior. I hope he wins BIG in court, he deserves to.
